Delivery Charges
Delivery charges will be added to your invoice on completion of your order but can also be viewed at any time by clicking on the VIEW BASKET button.
Gift Wrapping
All jewellery is presented in high quality gift boxes.
I aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours, upon receipt of cleared payment, Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays). I will notify you as soon as possible if a delay is anticipated in sending your goods. All of my items will be dispatched First Class Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail.

I will not contact you for any reason other than that related to your order or in answering any question that you may have. Returns & Refunds
Please contact me before returning any goods so I can discuss any problems with you as I will always do my utmost to resolve these. Any items that are returned must be in their original condition, packaging and with the original invoice. I reserve the right to deduct the postage charge from your refund.
